If you are interested in purchasing anything
on this site, simply add the item(s) to your shopping basket. We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo and
Maestro for online orders. You may also call 0800 043 2140 to make an order over the phone. If you use a credit
card, your order will be despatched within 24 hours. If you pay by personal cheque, your order will be despatched 5
working days after we receive your mailed payment.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, delivery
address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information
pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used
solely to bill the customer for their order and these details are not stored on our systems. Please note that we use PayPal's
approved and totally secure checkout for online payments.

What
if the item is not working?
Please be aware that Transcend have a 0.03% returns ratio. However, as
is the nature of electronic goods from time to time faults can and do occur. Occasionally, goods can also arrive faulty. Dead
on arrival or faulty goods will be replaced out under the manufacturers warranty or money refunded. However, we must be advised
of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item within 14 working days. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship
the item(s) back to us. If the item(s) are found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost up to a maximum value
of a first class, large letter stamp.
Do I just post it back to you?
No.
Please Contact Us in the first instance in order that we may issue you with an RMA Returns No. and correct returns
address. Any goods returned without a valid RMA Returns No. will not be processed. Customer Services also know the
common problems associated with Transcend products and may well be able to help you without needing to
return your order.
Do you pay returns postage?
If the item
arrives faulty (DOA), yes we do. However, in the first instance please contact our Customer Services in which case they may
be able to arrange a second order despatch along with a pre-paid self addressed envelope for your faulty return.
What if I have ordered the wrong thing?
As
above, within 14 working days please contact our customer service department for a valid RMA Returns No. If unopened we will
issue you with a refund minus any postal charges incurred. Unwanted items must be returned to us with all parts and accessories
complete. All goods returned and found to be fully functional will be subject to our standard 25% re-stocking fee.

How do I obtain a refund?
Please contact our customer service department within 14 working days for a valid RMA Returns No. If unopened
we will issue you with a full refund minus any postal charges incurred. Unwanted Items must be returned to us with all
parts and accessories complete.
